"The hotel is ideally situated for shopping. The lobby is nice. We had paid for a corner room, an upgrade from the basic. The first room had no heat or hot water. After our second call and a trip to the front desk, our room was changed. In this room, if the hot water was allowed to run for 10 minutes, you could get a warm shower. "The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better."
