"Property was in a great position to see the sights and close to a lot of restaurants. It was very dark, you needed lights on during the day to see. The kitchen didn’t have a lot of equipment and crockery was stored so high up we needed to stand on a chair to reach it!!"

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things we feel could be communicated more clearly in the listing. The space would be more accurately described as a studio rather than an apartment.
Access is also important to understand, particularly if arriving by car. The map location directs you to the exterior of the building complex, but the actual studio is located within an interior pedestrian-only area that cannot be reached by car. With very limited parking or places to stop nearby,...

"It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc).
Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved.
