"This hotel is a scam place. We booked a trip to Hanoi via Expedia on March 19, 2026. We planned to stay there for two days. However, the place was faulty in its advertising. "Overall impression of Sheraton is that the staff are amazing. I checked in very late in the morning yet the staff was polite and quick with the check-in process. When I checked out I had to rush to the airport to catch my plane and 'Rosie' picked up a taxi since the grab driver was asking to pay in cash when I didn't have any. And she even gave us a hanoi keyring as a small gift. I would definitely recommend this place!"
