"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

"We only stayed for one night, but we would definitely consider returning for a longer stay. We arrived just over an hour before check-in, and the staff kindly let us know that our room would be ready in another 10–15 minutes, so we were able to check in early. While we waited, they offered us tea, which was a lovely touch.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful window seat that was perfect for relaxing and watching life go by outside. We were also welcomed with fresh fruit,...

"In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das den Preis nicht Wert ist.
Beim Laden über ein Netzteil des Hotels hatte mein Handy ein Kurzschluss und ist kaputt gegangen. Das war das letzte Mal in einem Intercontinental.
Service / Personal war sehr nett."

"The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing, was kept very clean, and had an excellent breakfast. The staff were very kind and helpful, and I had a comfortable stay overall.
However, the facilities are quite old. The power outlets were difficult to use, and the bottom of the bathtub felt soft and unstable underfoot. The hairdryer was also heavy and outdated, and it was not suitable for my long hair."
