"The staff were amazing - super friendly and super helpful. The woman who checked us in (I am sorry I don’t remember her name) provided lots of useful information and helped us to plan a perfect day in the mountains. Everything in the hotel is super cute (heart themed) and the breakfast was great. We could not have been happier with our stay."

"Where do I start?! I’m so happy I went with Plateau-Rosa for my birthday trip! It was exactly what I was looking for - quiet, relaxing, and with a great view of the Matterhorn. I was warmly greeted by Pierre at the front desk and shown to my room, which was tidy, bright, and had a large balcony. "Zermama was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room had an unbelievable view of the Matterhorn. We happily donned the fake fur coats to sit on our balcony and enjoy coffee in the morning as Zermatt came alive. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be excellent. "The front desk staff at this hotel were amazing! They really took care of us. And even though we didn't have a reservation at the restaurant (and they were full), they gave us a glass of wine while we waited and got us in quickly. And it was fantastic! Great hotel in Zermatt!"
