"This is a fantastic place! We stayed for 5 nights, in a family room. It was amazing. The beds are heavenly, the room was really spacious and great! It is clean and fresh and just perfect. The front desk service was very good. Nice and welcoming staff! The location is unbeatable, you have two tubes in close vicinity, but it still feels like a calm and quiet neighborhood. Yes, the halls ARE narrow, but don't get fooled...the hotel is just perfect! We will for sure be back!!"

"I didn't see the staff much, because we really didn't need them much. It was a pretty self-sustainable place to stay. You have to do your own laundry, but that wasn't an issue because the cost was great and the place was very clean. It was a comfortable stay!"

"Great stay! We had the mezzanine. The mezzanine room was spotless especially the kitchen utensils. We used the kitchen for making quick breakfasts like eggs, toast etc. Fridge was a great size, pans and induction stove was perfect. The sofa bed comfortable for one person. No setting up of the sofa bed needed, just take the clean sheets and fluffy duvet from a hidden compartment on the end of the bed and sleep. The upstairs bedroom had the queen bed, another tv, a closet, a hotel safe, lamp,...

I travel to London frequently and when I discovered the Fraser Suites Queens Gate in 2023 I knew I had found my home away from home... not only do they offer many room options (I prefer the Executive Studio which includes a kitchenette), the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is ideal as well - just a block away is the Gloucester Road tube station, a Waitrose grocery store, Starbucks and several restaurant options. And a little bit down the...
