Hotel felt very luxurious and have stayed at a Copthorne before. Breakfast was lovely, overall stay lovely, not far from Kensington high st tube"

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und renoviert. Leider konnte man die Balkontür nicht öffnen um zu lüften. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut, jeder findet hier etwas. Die U-Bahnstation South Kensington ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Zum Buckingham Palace geht man ca. 20 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Hotel, absolut empfehlenswert."

"The room was spotless, a compact space that was perfect for our family stay in London. Our boys loved the mezzanine style! Location was perfect for us, the Underground was so close. The receptionist who greeted us was very good, he told us all the information we needed and our room was ready before check-in so we were delighted. A great, convenient experience for us!"

"Beautiful hotel in a stunning location by the river. The suites are very generous size wise. Very helpful staff. The only negative is a 15 min walk to the nearest tube station but other than that we couldn't really fault it."

"Great amenities. Excellent location. Had a disaster on the last day after checking out when an unexpected rain downpour left me and my daughter completely soaked. Lovely team let us use the facilities to dry off and get changed into dry clothes. Only negative is the confusing z membership benefits. Posters throughout the hotel say free hot drinks etc for members (which you can join online for free). After signing up and was told you can only use the benefits if you book directly with the hotel....
