"The penthouse had a sofa bed that had a horrible mattress and the bed made loud noises even with slight movement. Couldn’t sleep all night and woke up with backache and a headache. The lady at the front desk was rolling her eyes at the other guests. Not worth the money. Worst bed I have ever slept on, the view from the penthouse was also not good."

"Beautiful hotel one room was ready early, had a little wait for the 2nd room, we upgraded to the balcony suite rooms, it’s cheaper to do this via Expedia than direct with the hotel, which we did not realise Rooms are top notch, bar and restaurant are lovely, we had lunch and a couple of drinks before getting our room key, not realising you receive a 20% discount on food!! "Basic amenities were not provided or attended to such as toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. Also, rooms without windows should not be a practice of hotel design. "

"Its a very good hotel, super close to kings cross / st. pancreas. It’s small but I have stayed in smaller places in London so impressed with this place. It’s very safe, clean and does the job especially if you are hardly in the room. It is on a busy main road so can be noisy outside but that didn’t bother me because I have ear plugs to sleep anyway. Highly recommend this place!"

The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot."

"Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! There is massive construction going on at the building next door so we were woken up at 8am by drilling etc, but we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too much of a bother.
