"Muy buena experiencia. Nos dejaron entrar antes del horario, la habitación estaba limpia y cuando el aire no funcionó nos cambiaron enseguida a otra con mejor vista a la piscina y al jacuzzi, que los niños disfrutaron muchísimo. El desayuno variado, buena ubicación con restaurantes cerca y excelente atención del personal, (Gracias Celso por tu amabilidad y en especial de Celso. Hotel tranquilo e ideal para familias. "

"Hotel bem localizado, com equipe muito atenciosa. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. Camas boas, lençois e toalhas de qualidade muito boa. O ponto negativo é o pequeno espaço para guardar roupas, mas para poucos dias de hospedagem é suficiente. No meu caso fiquei 11 dias em dois periodos. Recomendo muito esse hotel comobom custo beneficio. Outro ponto positivo é uma máquina de café 24 hs a disposição na recepão com capuccinos, café com leite, etc"

"Great experience, staff very friendly, helpfull and upbeat. Hotel does have interior parking but almost impossible to enter...a mercedes wagon won't be able to enter as the angle is tight and turning. We Were lucky to park on the street but we had the inconvinience to bring to the hotel 6 pieces of luggage as we didnt want to leave in car, just in case.other than that I truly recommend, tons of great restaurants, near rhe icean/beach (two blicks away) great boardwalk. I ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ "

"We were in Lisbon on our honeymoon and decided to do a day trip to Porto for a wine tour and booked a room here last minute. The place is stunning! Parking was a bit away and required quite the workout to haul our bags down the cobblestone roads but we loved it. From the outside you can barely tell a hotel is there and when you enter it’s spacious and bright and we had a beautiful view of Porto from our room. The staff was also very nice!"

"Small rooms but clean and functional. Cannot beat the location within the city - just a short walk from the waterfront, cathedral, many bars and restaurants. Good value breakfast. Really helpful staff - we had some luggage to ship and they supported our calling for services, printing the label etc."

"The hotel is modern and the rooms are lovely. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff. The front desk and restaurant staff were fantastic and helpful. Highly recommend!! The only caveat is the parking garage. Extremely difficult to maneuver a car, and we scraped the side and damaged our car."

"There was not a breakfast option, but this hotel was in the perfect location to walk to coffee, pastries, brunch! All the staff was so nice-the bartender made small talk with us, the staff at the desk was so helpful, especially when we needed a room past check out so my daughter and fiancé could change after taking wedding photos! Location was the best! The lobby and bar offered wonderful space to hang out - very clean! My only complaint would be the stair way between floors, it was very dark...
