"The location was not convenient for dining, and shops. Before arriving, I received a text saying if you need overview of the city, let us know. so I asked for it, then, I received a map. That was it. Very disappointed. And the woman at the front was not nice. The room was small, and there is no closet. ..."

"The staff at the front desk were great. We were out and about all day, so didn’t make use of the amenities. The location was great for us. The utilitarian room was all we needed."

"We stayed at the room 5/1, the penthouse. It was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in on my vacations through Europe. The view to Douro River and the most infamous brigade was stunning.
