"We were not offered any help with our bags… when we ordered a bottle of wine from room service we were told to go to the bar or wait an hour. We had no towels after a housekeeping visit - asked for them and had to call again after over a hour wait. When they did come the housekeeping person walked right into our room without knocking!!! "

"Very well situated hotel, good restaurant near by. Staff friendly and helpful if you have questions. Lovely selection for breakfast, could do with a jug of cold milk though for cereal instead ofveach morning having to ask for it. One young female member of reception gets a very confused though as when giving room number items requested got delivered to another room even though checked room no. 4 times and we never received the request and transfer for going to airport was booked at incorrect...

"Het hotel ligt erg centraal waardoor op loofafstand veel te beleven valt. Wij sliepen op de 4e verdieping, waardoor de drukke stadsgeluiden voor ons beperkt bleven. Het hotel is smaakvol ingericht en heeft een goed ontbijt. Helaas hebben wij maar een dag gebruik kunnen maken van de koffiemachines. Beide machines (b)leken defect en werden helaas niet hersteld gedurende ons verblijf. Jammer! De personeelsbezetting tijdens het ontbijt verdient aandacht. Het duurde te lang voordat mensen aan tafel...

"We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast."
