"Shout out to Katarina for communication, friendliness and helpfulness. Beginning with a wonderful staff, staying at VC Ribeira was excellent. You couldn't find a better location. From there you can choose from many restaurants, walk the winding cobbled streets, shop to your heart's content, walk along the river a half block away or cross the bridge to Gaia,...

"Our experience at this hotel was amazing. The location and amenities were impressive. The staff, especially Susana, went above and beyond with the level of service offered and made this our most memorable stay. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"This place was perfect since everything was walkable We were right next the train station that unfortunately was under construction but we did not hear it or see it from our room. Great desk support. All were great. Water daily was a nice touch and the chocolate when we arrived was one of the best. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Safe locked front door with 24 hr onsite support. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Made our Porto trip perfect. "

"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Porto. Easy access to restaurants and shops, and a 5 min walk to the river. Staff great, rooms are fantastic. Only complaint is that our room was on the street, which could be very noisy at times. "

"Desk clerk couldn’t have been more helpful. Showed us an excellent wine bar just around the corner and arranged early morning transport to airport. Room was tiny but immaculate and worked well. Highly recommended."

The owner is great with communication daily, asking if everything is ok with the unit. We had a tiny issue with the Wi-Fi that was addressed and fixed quickly. "Stayed with the family and absolutely loved the place. This is the top floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a spacious rooftop terrace including the perfect view of Porto old town and cathedral. I could have easily just spent the time sitting up there enjoying the scenery and drinking wine during sunset. Perfect place for a family of 4 in the very heart of Porto."

"We loved everything about the Property once we got there but getting there was a nightmare. The traffic was horrible, parking was far away from the hotel so we had to drag our bags to the hotel. It was not easy to locate. Once there is was beautiful!!! The views from the hotel restaurant are fabulous."
