"The unit is in a prime pocation of Porto old city, heaps of fantastic bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk or less. The owner is great with communication daily, asking if everything is ok with the unit. We had a tiny issue with the Wi-Fi that was addressed and fixed quickly. "Stayed with the family and absolutely loved the place. This is the top floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a spacious rooftop terrace including the perfect view of Porto old town and cathedral. I could have easily just spent the time sitting up there enjoying the scenery and drinking wine during sunset. Perfect place for a family of 4 in the very heart of Porto."

"This place was perfect since everything was walkable We were right next the train station that unfortunately was under construction but we did not hear it or see it from our room. Great desk support. All were great. Water daily was a nice touch and the chocolate when we arrived was one of the best. We would definitely return and recommend to others. "The apartment was beautiful, tasteful designed, clean and had everything we needed (loved the little housekeeping kit, very thoughtful!) The communication was quick and on point. If you are a light sleeper be aware of a noisy area and that you can hear everything through the walls. We got used to that after a short time, so it wasn't a big deal for us. We spent a great time there. "

"Shout out to Katarina for communication, friendliness and helpfulness. Beginning with a wonderful staff, staying at VC Ribeira was excellent. You couldn't find a better location. Clean room, comfortable beds, air conditioning, a fridge, microwave and toaster and great little pod-type coffee maker with coffee provided. From there you can choose from many restaurants, walk the winding cobbled streets, shop to your heart's content, walk along the river a half block away or cross the bridge to Gaia,...

"Th layout of our room Premium twin was very challenging. Shower Room completely transparent, opposite the only window, for 2 women sharing a room, it is VERY difficult. The long sofa faces the shower with no small coffee table to hold drinks. We travel a lot, this is one of the most difficult room to handle. BUT the staffs are wonderful: especially the dinning room Teresa and Christiane; attentive, polite and effective..thank you"

"Area surrounding hotel was nice and it was easy walking distance to the historic centre. Staff were really helpful. We had a privilege garden view room and it was pleasing - nuxe shampoo/ conditioner , shower gel etc and a Dyson hairdryer which was a nice touch . Dressing gowns also provided. Breakfast was ok- enough on offer to please most . Would definitely recommend and would return if staying in Porto again . The pool ( heated) was a welcome addition after a day exploring Porto . "

"This property is amazing. My husband and I wanted to change the rest of our trip just to stay here longer. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is amazing, they bring service to whole new level. We did visit the hotel bar and again, great service. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this haven to anyone!"
