"I cannot say enough nice things about the beautiful stay we had in this wonderful local. Veronica the host is amazingly helpful, the apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious and the neighborhood is fantastic. There is a special little local restaurant below and the various walks we took downhill to the river was so scenic I could not stop taking pictures. I look forward to visiting Porto again and will only come if I can stay here! Thank you Veronica! "

"We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel on the 8th floor. It was very quiet - nice large room. Incredibly stylish decor. Although there are no wardrobes or drawers for storage, the concrete shelving and racks are a neat way to stylishly store everything. Good breakfasts. The staff noticed that it was my partner’s birthday - without any prodding from me, they arranged for a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolate cake and a nice card - very thoughtful and typical of their excellent service....

"Love the historic feel of the building. Breakfast was delicious. We had a patio room and enjoyed sitting outside. There is a slight trek up the hill to access the entrance, but that’s par for the course in Porto! "

"Clean and central property with efficient use of space! Friendly and helpful staff. Great food and drink nearby. Situated up a steep hill, plus no elevator … may be tricky for seniors, but a nicely renovated property. "

"The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage. Wonderful location in the walkable historic district near the river."

"Customer Service was great. Location is walking distance to almost everything. It is right next to Sao Bento train station. It's a newer structure so it has modern amenities. Highly recommended!"

"Just spent 3 nights at this beautiful small hotel. Everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, light and spotlessly clean. The bed, pillows and bedding were all so comfortable, and there were some lovely touches, such as a minibar that was restocked everyday, free of charge. There is a small backgarden, a little oasis to relax in when you've had enough sightseeing. Breakfast was fabulous, lovely fresh products and so much choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful, provided good overview of apartment and suggestions for eating at which restaurants! Loved our stay, highly recommend! Apartment was clean, completely with kitchen, and very spacious! Excellent sound proofing and comfortable beds!"
