"Great location. We did technically have an ocean view. I wish it was higher though. Sheraton Princess tower is only 12 floors. They do have other options on higher tower. Other than that the place was good. You could see the water and there were tons of options for food around. Hotel restaurant was good too!"

"Likes: Room overlooked the beach and downtown, washer, dryer available in room with kitchenette & refrigerator, adjustable climate control. Room seems well insulated as I did not hear any noises out in the hallway or from guests in rooms nearby. Room service was available. Rooms were cleaned & re-stocked daily--a nice treat. Pool was great for keikis & exercise room was well maintained with a variety of equipment. The pool area is spacious, quiet, well maintained, & not overcrowded at any time...

"Our room is in the Kona Tower, which is smaller than average hotel room but it does have everything we need including microwave and frige. It has a walkway straight to the mall on the 2nd floor and to swimming pool on 4th floor and then 13 floor has a convience laundry room where it stocked up on detergent for a few quarters, where you can get them exchanged from the front desk.
