"The suite was dirty with large clumps of dust under the tables, behind the doors and beside the beds. The sofa was stained and torn. The washing machine smelt moldy. We notified the host that the floor was dirty and she sent the cleaner a second time. The floor was nearly exactly the same with huge clumps of dust and hair after the second cleaning. "The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be...

Even when I reported an item that was accidentally broken by my husband, the host took it simply and was more concerned that my husband was not hurt by the incident. She is such an amazing person. I will definitely use the apartment again whenever am around and I highly recommend it to any customer looking for a...

"Viajamos en familia con niños, y nos sentimos muy cómodos, cada uno con su espacio, pudimos lavar la ropa ya que el departamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Es súper luminoso y amplio, algo poco común en Londres, la limpieza es un aspecto a destacar, todó impecable. La entrada al edificio no representa el hermoso lugar que hay adentro! A tres cuadras de Piccadilly Circus . Sin dudas volveremos!"

10/10 Excelente

"El personal."

Bluedaws Private Hotel

10/10 Excelente

"I stayed there from September 27th to 29th with two friends, and it was GREAT! :) The staff were extremely friendly and available 24/7. You could ask them for anything you needed. Breakfast included eggs and bacon, bread with two types of jam, coffee, juice, and, if you wanted, cereal with milk. Everything you needed to start the day with energy! All the bathrooms in the house were very clean and smelled lovely, and the rooms were clean as well. In my room, we even had a little sink for washing our hands. They also provided bars of soap for showering. Another great thing was that it was very quiet at night, so we could sleep peacefully without hearing any noise. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to all kinds of public transport. The only downsides were that there was no hairdryer, or at least I couldn’t find one. Maybe you can ask the staff if they have one available. Also, the building is a little old, but it is very well maintained and cared for. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!😊"
