"This is the first time I’ve had the reception personnel check in daily by text about our stay. And accept requests or answer questions by text. Even though it was by text, there was a human aspect to the interactions. Everything was great. The only minor issue we had was the laundry detergent which was supplied by the hotel was Tide. We are both allergic to string detergents but the staff was helpful in suggestions in finding alternatives. The only thing we didn’t experience was the restaurant...

"Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor. We had a 6 night stay and did not receive housekeeping one time - we had to visit the front desk to request additional toilet paper and fresh towels (family of 5). "This was a great minimalist room that was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and the heated bathroom floors were a very nice touch. We had a little trouble with the wall heater, but the plug in radiator heated the room nicely once it warmed up. There was also a really nice coffee shop just up the road called the Walker Coffee Co that had great breakfast options."
