"I loved this property! I thought it was beautiful and had much to offer. My only frustration was most all sit down restaurants require a reservation and that was not known until we tried to go eat for dinner. And reservations have to be made in advance. Then trying to make a reservation during the day for the dinner time was like jumping through hoops. Other than that it was very nice. "Most of the staff were very hospitable. Andrew in dining room was very professional, polite and gave excellent service. I overheard one staff member being rude to a guest pushing him to leave a tip at the jerk hut. Some of the room receptacles dont work properly. Hand shower holder is broken.Bathroom mirror needs to be replaced. Room generally ok but somewhat dated."
