"This was an excellent experience in a 3* hotel. Staff in every department from inital check in until leaving and everything in between was superb. Breakfast had a great variety of foods and the welcoming cake and coffee etc, was a lovely gesture. Thank you all. I will certainly be reccomehding the Butterfly 🦋 ❤️ "

"やはりバスタブがなかったがシャワーブースがやはり狭い。バスタオルは何十年も使ったかのように雑巾よりも硬い。またシャワーの勢いは自宅のシャワートイレよりも勢いがない。　しかしスタッフは皆親切で愛想が良い。こぢんまりとしたホテルだが清掃は行き届いている感じだ。スタッフ達は皆親切で感じがいい。朝食は初日はしょぼい感じがしたが二日目はこれはこれでいいじゃないかという感じ。単純にパン自体もうまいしトマトジュースの横にでっかいタバスコの瓶を置いておいてくれるのも印象がいい。若い女の子がジュース置き場をまめに拭いてくれるのもいいじゃないか。このホテルは贅沢な造りでもなく部屋は狭いが好感が持てるホテルだ。というよりも大好きになった。"

"The staff, particularly Michael, was so accommodating, we thought he owned the property (which he told us he did not). The room was comfortable and clean, the property was spotless and the breakfast exceeded all of our expectations. This was a last minute find and the experience was amazing. "

"Wow! An incredible hotel. I was given a free upgrade with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The room was amazing. Plenty of space and excellent decor. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were friendly, My room was decorated for my birthday. Spa area, again Wow! This hotel has to be one of the top hotels Ive stayed in. "

"We loved the hotel. Very posh,clean,inviting, and relaxing. Excellent services. Breakfast was perfect with everything fresh and delicious. We had a wonderful stay. "

"Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. Quiet stay, with gorgeous views from 360* around the building. About a 10 minute walk out of the main area of town, so would have to be okay with the walk, but there...
