Hoteles con restaurante en Saas-Fee

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

"We cant think about Saas Fee without the Dom. Great room with superb view. Kind and always helpful staff, splendid breakfast. 5th year in a row coming here. We will come back."

"El hotel en general está bien, solo que se me hizo un poco viejo, la habitación estaba muy amplia aunque no me encantó su decoración, pero tenía balcón con vista bonita, el desayuno estaba súper bien y tienen el servicio de ir por ti a la estación, en general muy bien todo."

"A bit old, needs an upgrade. I will say a 3 star hotel. Friendly staff and good location"

The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was...

Topline… the place is well past its sell by date and the interaction with the hosts - Saas Holidays - wasn’t great. On arrival we had our apartment number on our booking and told the concierge on the phone. He said that he didn’t have the booking reference so as long as we had the number on our...
