"The amenities were great! We enjoyed them very much. However the sofa bed was terrible, it was all springs and we have guest with back problems. It was unusable. Also in the bathroom the shower bar was broken in half and there was a dip in the tub. When I touched it I could feel that it was cracked under the mat."

"Cozy and conveniently located in a quiet community close to the national park as. Very clean and organized. Had a good stock of basic amenities, and our family really appreciated all the kitchen equipment and the washer/dryer. The TV in the front room had an issue but it sounded like none of the other guests had notified the property owner about it yet so they didn't know to fix it. "

"Stayed over the 4th of July week and was told to pay an up charge of about $60 for any incidentals when I first got to the hotel. It’s been a week already and I was told that I would get my money back within the week after my trip and I still have not received my money back. I have called the hotel several times and I get sent straight to voicemail. Very frustrating that they are not upfront in the first place. Also could use a deep cleaning when it comes to the rooms as they smell like humidity...

"Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug."
