"We had a great time exploring the coves on Douglas Lake in the canoe and paddle board. The lake water was clean and warm. Adrian was a great host. He was quick to respond to any issue that arose. The large fans were helpful to give us relief from the July humidity. The nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away, which isn’t too bad. This was a perfect place to stop for a few nights on our way to the Smokies. Thanks Adrian!"

"It was a great little spot for a long weekend getaway! Appreciated the kitchen items and fans/AC being included. Comfy bed, pretty views (even with the lake drained), and amazing hot tub! Perfect place to stay!!"

"Personal touches and attention to detail make this well stocked property a favorite! Sunsets to envy and views that inspire left us longing for more time. We cannot wait to return."

"This house was perfect. We all loved the pool, hot tub and veiw. Not a long drive from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Everyone had plenty of personal space. We had Friday night game night in the gamoom. The black stone was a bit of a challenge to is very uneven. But we managed LOL. We will definitely visit again."

"Muy linda y bien ubicada . Solo que nos fue un poco difícil encontrar la cabaña la descripción dada no coincide mucho con la realidad . La casa no se ve como roja ni se ven los kayak cercas , no el río corriendo debajo de la cabaña . Por lo demás todo perfecto. Gracias"

"Great location, views were amazing, the only down fall would be the pictures make it look like the dock & Douglass Lake were easy to get to. They are a little difficult for people who have knee issues. We would definitely visit again "
