"Beautifully updated but the floor space in the room with two queen beds very limited. Designed where space went to the bathroom. Beds pretty much up against the wall. So if you’re sharing a bed be ready to fit through narrow space between the bed and wall or crawl over the person you’re in bed with."

"Front desk staff were helpful. Room bathrooms needed a more thorough cleaning and updating."

"I love this hotel overall, but the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. My family and I slept poorly and woke up with headaches. "I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the room and property was for the price. Comfortable, spacious room. Scenery and grounds were nice. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Most of all the pool, jacuzzis and sauna were wonderful! The town of Genoa is also very cute. Hope to return soon!"

"I hadn't stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in many years, because their quality had declined considerably. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained this property was. The staff was also exceptional."

"Clean room but in-room coffee is a disaster. It’s in the bathroom, how disgusting is that? Also the coffee machine was very dirty and not useable at least for me."

"This was my second time staying there and once again it exceeded my expectations. My accommodations were clean, staff were great, and when I called with questions they were polite and friendly. I will most definitely be back!"

"Suite was clean and the views were amazing."

"Beautiful location surrounded by nature, with the forest and lake nearby. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s especially great for families, as the fully equipped kitchen makes everything so convenient. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always responsive to any requests we had. We truly enjoyed our family getaway and had a wonderful experience. We would definitely love to come back again!"
