"Everything was perfect and the rooms where nice and cozy"

"Muy buena ubicación y atención del personal."

"The location is great! My room had a nice view of the lake. Both Hells Kitchen and Wolf are in the hotel which is convenient for a nice drink or dinner. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I only had 2 gripes—there’s only one water station in the hotel to refill bottles and I’d specifically requested a room away from the elevator and they literally put me right next to it. Luckily, I was there midweek so it wasn’t busy and didn’t keep me awake."

"Habitacion sin agua caliente. Mala eleccion. Parking pequeño. DEPOSITO DE $150 excesivo."
