"Clean comfortable room. Great breakfast. But very unpleasant front desk staff. Overall good stay"

"The room was clean and met expectations except the TV was impossible to operate and made trying to watch anything less than relaxing. The staff didn’t offer us our complimentary “beverage” and we had to go back and ask- to which she replied, “oh yea- grab you a bottle of water over there.” Most upsetting was that they charged $100 “security deposit” and said if everything was okay it would probably take 3-5 business days to be credited back to our account!!! We would have walked out right then...

"Front desk staff was excellent."

"Staff went out of their way to accommodate me."

"This is a great place to stay in Nashville. It's location is terrific with tons of great eating places within walking distance. It's the real deal. The only negative I can see is not the hotel's fault. It's the parking fee that is charged by a company that will get to you for $46.20 per night with taxes and "fees.""
