"Stayed here in February. Check-in was quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was number 5 and was beautiful with modern equipment. It nice and warm in our room throughout our stay. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips. "The hotel is clean and modern. However, I found menu items overpriced for the quality of the food. Also the dispenser in the room for hand lotion and hair shampoo and conditioner were empty. The front staff at reception were fast and knowledgeable which I appreciated."

"I didn't use parking because I came by train. Breakfast is ok but room cleaning bad. It's proper cleans room, chocolate rappers and peanuts mess already on floor when I entered in room first day after check in. I complained to reception but lady was standing this time, she said sorry and nothing else. She had to change my room or can refund 20% discount but she didn't."

"Lovely hotel and very handy for tge station. Rooms on the small side but ok for a short stay. My only complaint is the use of paper cups in the rooms. We coukdnt pick up tge vips as they were too hot and then one of them started leaking. A couple of china mugs and some glasses for water please."
