"The only good part of the hotel was the young lady that worked unless hours at the front desk. Empty condom wrappers in night table drawer, some clothes or something in cupboard and dirty cups still with toothpaste in them from previous guests. Not sure what kind of a hotel this really was as we never seen other guests with luggage!!!"

Room itself is very quiet even though next to a busy street because of double glass doors. The mattress on the bed appeared to be very supportive and I slept well. There is an elevator in the room to take you to your floor. Can't really think of any downside to this property is near the airport in a place where you'd want to be to catch the next...

"Attending a conference, I somehow ended up with a double booking for my 3-night stay. Hotel recognized that at check-in and I was told they would inquire on what happened and what could be done. Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated. "
