"I stayed at the Eclipse Legend Hotel for 4 nights in late September. I cant say enough about the staff, who were all so nice and helpful every time I interacted with them. They were eager to answer questions, give suggestions, or just chat. The location is great being a very short walk to the Old Quarter, but just the right distance to where it is nice and quiet at night. There are some great coffee shops and restaurants very close. I would absolutely stay there again if I return to Hanoi."

"This is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location in Hanoi. The service is outstanding throughout the hotel—everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with great vegan options which was important for me. I highly recommend the rooftop bar too, as well as the spa! Would definitely stay here again! "

"The hotel is conveniently located close to Hoan Kiem lake and while you are in the old quarter you are in a quieter section. The real standout are the reception staff, particularly Sunny and Thomas. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they always have a smile and their restaurant recommendations were great! Stayed here 4 times over a 2 week period and would happily go back!"

"I stayed here for two nights. Even before I arrived they messaged me via WhatsApp and made sure that I had all my arrangements and if I needed anything. When I first arrived in Hanoi, and then flying out with 4 nights in between. As I was traveling from another country I had luggage I didn’t need. They were very accommodating towards me and allowed me to leave my luggage for those 4 days and it was ready for me when I came back. The staff were so friendly and always made me feel like a VIP....

"Three hotel is very well located in the heart of the old quarter. Train street, shopping etc are a 5 minute walk from here. The staff at the hotel are amazing- so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jenny (Queyn). The beds are comfortable and all very clean. Room has TV. You can leave your luggage here when heading out and exploring other areas and need to travel light safe in the knowledge your luggage will be looked after. Highly recommend. "
