"Everything was great. The check in was hassle free, the staff were very polite and professional and the room, perfectly clean. I did have an issue with the heater not keeping the room warm, when I arrived, but the 2 staff who dealt with it, went out of their way to solve the issue. The Hotel is very conveniently situated and there is ample parking and no potholes, unlike a similar Hotel nearby. The buffet breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. "Very well positioned for access to Worcester, Malvern, Ledbury etc. All staff really friendly. Breakfast was fantastic in terms of quality quantity and choice. Had meal in restaurant one night which was excellent. Room was good size and decorated nicely. Wouldn't hesitate to return "

"Have stayed here several times over a number of years - staff are lovely, food tasty and rooms comfy… stayed in the main house for the first time and although the room was lovely, it was directly above the bar so there was some noise - maybe worth considering if wanting an early night! Otherwise a perfect stay x"
