"First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot. Staff, landlady and landlord were so friendly and welcoming. The locals were engaging and friendly too. As a solo traveller I was well looked after and...

"Stunning building, beautifully decorated. Great location, right on the high street. Well equipped room. Firm mattress (perfect for us) but pillows were quite hard. Breakfast service was slow, full English was tasty, but could have been hotter, good continental choices, but tea was really weak (1 teabag in a full teapot!! ) All in all, a lovely stay, staff were friendly & we would definitely stay again. "Enjoyed 2 nights here and love the character of the building and the romantic double room was lovely and warm on what was a very cold evening! Staff really helpful and friendly, easy free parking and in 15 mins we were in town by foot. There’s a lovely rum Bar 5 mins away too (altho a small bar onsite too!) and restaurants within 10 Mins if need. Most 15 mins. I like the fact you don’t have to pay for a cooked breakfast if you don’t want it and just continental. Couple of things i could nit...
