"Wonderful stay "

"Perfect stay from start to finish! Check in the receptionist was lovely very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. We used the spa facilities both days on our stay, the pool area is lovely, everything was really clean, your able to relax with drinks from the bar, we had massages and they were lovely! "Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, couldn’t do enough for us, we were greeted by shalom on arrival, lovely gentleman, asset to this hotel. Highly recommend especially if you are looking to stay near the outdoor ski slope as it’s just across the road, Gloucester quays/town centre just a short drive away. "
