"Hotel is located on the 22nd floor in the business area of Tokyo . Staff . service and access to restaurants was very convenient including direct access to the train station right from the building . Our room was on the 29th floor . Rooms were clean, spacious and had stunning views of Tokyo downtown . Reservations for the pool were required which gives you and your family private access to one hr of the pool. ! They also gave a restaurant on site serving Singapore cuisine but we did not eat...

"This was our first time staying at the Four Seasons and we were blown away. Everything was exceptional. The room had special little touches, such as a cookie puzzle that was waiting on the table when we arrived, which my kids enjoyed. We were traveling with two younger children, and they made sure to provide an extra rollaway bed "

"Sehr sauber, super Onsen-Bereich, generell ruhig und schön gehalten. Waschmaschinen sind günstig Einzig das Personal ist etwas unflexibel. Wir kamen nach einer Nachtbusfahrt um 6:30 an und baten darum, uns kurz im public bath frisch machen zu dürfen. Das wurde uns verwehrt, mit der Begründung dass dies nur eingecheckte Gäste dürfen, und wir durften erst um 14 Uhr einchecken."

Their service was simply superb and amongst the best in Japan; this is really saying something as Tokyo in general has some of the best staff and service in the world. I needed express dry cleaning and the turnaround time was 50% faster than advertised! The bar up on the top floor (George’s I think) was also excellent."
