"Beautiful luxury hotel, located within a resort complex that is very used to foreigners. Excellent level of service, the most helpful staff we had. Biggest downside of this property is the location, and access to public transportation and local stores. It took us at least 6-7 minutes to even reach the outside entrance from our room, and another 10-15 minute walk to the nearest stations or 7/11 (the on-site convenience store was closed during our visit). "The attraction rides in the Tokyo Dome City ares were not available during our stay but there was still lots of shopping or restaurant/food options close to us. The facility is beautifully maintained and house keeping refilled our room amenities daily unless otherwise instructed. The in-house restaurant food was delicious too - we had teppanyaki, afternoon tea, and even room service at the hotel.
