"Central location but on a main bypass, easy walking distance to railway station and the northern quarter.. coffee, eateries etc... Manchester is so easy. Great staff at the Marriot, young and knowledgeable. Only downside.... basic instant coffee, no robe or slippers. Great THIS WORKS toiletries though. Bath and shower which is a bonus and decent size room and bathroom."

"Great value, comfortable, bar and food downstairs very good A couple of minor things to improve: bed is a little over firm for more than one or two nights, the swigging mirror on the scaffolding that houses the table and hangers gets in the way in such a small room and is redundant, because there is a full length mirror on the wall. Otherwise a very good experience for the money. "

"It is an amazing hotel the room the food was all excellent We loved every moment of our stay The breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. I have even looked at buying some pillows as they were like sleeping on clouds Well done everyone just one comment remember to tell everyone that they need to use the card to get the lift to start we hadn’t been told and luckily someone told us We did have a laugh though definitely 5 stars"

"Easy to find, close parking just across the road, people on the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. Room was immaculate, spacious, beds are comfy, wide variety of hot drinks in the room, plugs near both mirrors for hair tools and plugs near both beds for charging phones. Close walk to the Co-op live arena aswell which was ideal"

"Solid clean well equipped property. Tries a bit too hard to be cool but hey. The staff were just first rate. Every one friendly and helpful. As usual, a nightmare to connect to WiFi. Marriott is dreadful for that. But not this property’s fault. After about six attempts on each device it eventually sort of sticks."

"Superb visit! Everything was excellent including the staff and the breakfast plus the actual hotel itself. Brilliant location too. Special thanks to Clare in the dining room who was very thoughtful, kind and professional. Two slight niggles, sofa bed was very uncomfortable and room was by the lift ( a little noisy late at night )but overall brilliant."
