Charming villa with swimming pool and hot tub nestled in the countryside of Fraginesi, a few kilometers from the wonderful sea of Scopello.



Villa Giovanna spreads over two levels and boasts large outdoor spaces that include an olive garden, a hot tub, a swimming pool and barbecue area. The ground floor, surrounded by furnished terraces with a dining area, an outdoor kitchen and sofas to relax in, features the living area, composed of a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with sofas, armchairs and a television. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses the sleeping area, including two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout. This property, with its finely furnished rooms equipped with every comfort, is the ideal stop for anyone who wants to enjoy an enchanting sea and then launch out to discover the wonders of the area.



Guests will benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, heating with heat pump, iron and washing machine.

Famous for its crystal-clear waters, Scopello is considered one of the most beautiful locations in Italy and worldwide, also thanks to its proximity to San Vito Lo Capo, the Gulf of Macari, the Zingaro Reserve, and the Gulf of Castellammare.

More specifically, the Zingaro Nature Reserve will seduce you: it is a protected natural area where the local flora and fauna coexist in harmony. It is characterized by 3 paths (“costiero”, “di mezza costa” and “alto”) enriched by numerous coves, where their crystalline waters stand out. For this reason, we suggest you take your mask and flippers with you, to fully enjoy the beautiful seabed that the reserve offers.

Also, the Gulf of Macari, located just 16 km from San Vito, is not to be missed: here, the sea has some wonderful shades to be discovered.

30 km away is Erice, an ancient city of Phoenician and Greek origins, perched 751 m high on the mountain that bears the same name. Surrounded by the walls, the city is a maze of narrow streets with two faces: the sunny, bright one of the hot summer days, and that of the winter days, when one has the perception of visiting a place out of time.

Not a detached villa

We stayed here for a week with some friends and family. Countless issues meant we lost valuable days of our vacation. The property is not detached and is connected to a neighbor house. Much smaller than pictures show (only about 100m3) We arrived with construction on the neighbors roof which only stopped the end of next day. Front gate stopped working meant we couldn’t leave the house for a day. Worst of all, horrible hosting company. House and hot tub was dirty when we arrived. Had to chase endlessly to fix issues. Missing basic amenities such as a coffee machine and soap. Service and cleanliness of a discount property. Not worth the money.
