Casa Beatrice is located in a pastoral setting overlooking Lago Rosamarina and the dramatic Sicilian mountains. The house is set in the country side with farms, sheep herder’s bells and cow bells abound. The access roads are uneven and require attention. We suggest a car rental with good clearance. The medieval coastal city of Cefalú and its beach are 30 minutes away by car as is vibrant Palermo. The Madonie Mountain villages are reached by car in about an hour.
The private compound has a main house which has 4 bedrooms this is what you will rent.
(3 King Bed and 1 Queen bed) and two bathrooms one on each floor.
Also on the compound are two additional outdoor separate buildings for rent with their own bathrooms and one with a en-suite and kitchen.
These two spaces, Mag 1 & The Grotto are separate building on the property. Mag 1 has a beautiful view, a king sized bed and a private bathroom. The Grotto is a suite with kitchen, fridge, stovetop, private bathroom with a tub and a living room, dining room area and a queen sized bed. The grounds, house and pools are yours alone.
The front part of the house is dated back to 1840, this encompasses Bella's bedroom, which is certain to give you a deep sleep, french door open to the stone roman terrace. The Salon bedroom has original tiles and a working fireplace and dates back to 1920's, also has french door and opens to the stone roman terrace and shaded pergola.
Two bedrooms are upstairs have king beds, one of these beds can be separated and made into two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom and private terrace with a clothesline for hanging wash up to dry, which with Sicilian climate takes about 15 mins.
The house has two pools, a larger deeper pool and a pool that is shallow and is perfect for children and adults who want to refresh and just relax. Plenty of lounger's, a large shade umbrella and stunning views of Largo Rosamarina.
The house has plenty of room to spread out and great areas for sharing with family and friends.
There is a projector in the living room and a smart TV, and top of the line Buchardt speakers using bluetooth for the TV or your favorite music on any platform.
There is also a large bbq and seating for meals and outside of the house, and a shaded Pergola for lounging and ultimate Views with a large marble dining table outdoors.
Great wifi goes throughout the entire house and grounds.
