"Stunning hotel in a superb location! Close to shops, markets, restaurants, cafes and transport. Staff exceptionally helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Our only negatives would be no coffee/tea facilities in room (they’re available in lounge, are complimentary and when asked for were delivered free of charge but would prefer option in room) and there was no railing to get in and out of the deep bath/shower. Despite above, would stay again, and again and again!! ❤️"

"No frills with good location above the pub. No lobby just have the bartenders of the pub to give keys, our room had no heat and we had to pester the bartender for quite some time to fix the issue and he ultimately just gave us a new room. "

"A perfect stay. Ideal location, the rooms were absolutely spotless with a very comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and kindly upgraded our stay whilst celebrating an anniversary and left us treats. I could not recommend this place enough. "

"The bar could be open later and the staff at breakfast were a bit slow acknowledging we were waiting to be seated. The lobby and reception staff were excellent and very welcoming. Breakfast was superb. "

"Clean, cozy, with olde English charm. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Quiet at night. The soaking bath was fabulous and luxurious. Get a reservation at nearby Bouchon Racine for a fancy French meal while you are here. About a 30-40 min walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, but the advantage is that you get to stay out of the large tourist crowds. "

"Very clean, comfortable room with complimentary drinks. The front desk and pub staff were helpful and friendly, very accommodating. The breakfast was very good (I didn’t try the other food or alcohol as I don’t drink). Great location, walking distance to many sights, the Thames, and the underground tube. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Great location with everything you needed. We stayed in the studio room which was plenty of room and clean. Only issue was the air con unit was difficult to turn off from the panel and soon realised there was a light switch by the bathroom (weird wiring) that turned it all off as the room was very cold to start with. Apart from this, it was perfect for a night’s stay. "
