"We had an amazing stay at Barbara's place. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for a larger group, with plenty of room to relax, cook, and enjoy meals together. The views of the surrounding nature were breathtaking, and the location was ideal for exploring all the beauty Cape Breton Island has to offer. Barbara was thoughtful and responsive, making sure everything was just right. We’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommended!"

"To start off with was not given the correct address of the property. Could use Villa # in front. Wi-Fi password was not correct. No ice. No screens on windows. No handrail on a dangerous staircase. No front door mat. All small fixes for sure. Otherwise we loved the place! Cozy spot! Had a lot of fun for sure. Thank you."

"We stayed just for one night but would have loved to have stayed longer to fully experience this incredible property! It was such a beautiful location with art pieces everywhere you looked. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The hot tub was a definite treat after a cool day hiking and the stars at night… wow! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would stay again when we come back! "

"If you like solitude and nature, Big Intervale will give you that! The property is beautiful and off the beaten path. There are no services nearby so if you’re visiting off season, be sure to gas up and bring your toothbrush and snacks. It’s a good 20-30 minutes on a dirt road to get in or out of the cabins. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. "

"This was a great home in the quaint community of Inverness. Minutes from Cabot Links and about 10 min from Cabot Cliffs, it provides excellent access to both premier courses. Multiple restaurants are within walking distance and Robins (coffee) is half a block away. This is a small home with bathroom on the main floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs. "We stayed at this property for 3 nights. Cheaper than staying along the loop and right on the water. The beds were comfortable, has all convenient amenities and a cute market not too far away. Only negative was the swarm of lady bugs inside. We would tidy up then have another one come on the counter, land on a glass etc shortly after - looked like a hive hatched in a window. I would also recommend a small bridge or planks along the one section of driveway at the bottom of the hill. All in all -...

"The only problem with this place was we only stayed one night. The beach was a perfect spot to find sea glass. Our villa was great for the two of us, with an amazing view."

"We had a wonderful stay. Pictures do not do the place justice. The deck area was perfect. It was raining on and off while we were there and the gazebo canopy was a pleasant and much appreciated surprise. David was fantastic at responding when I had any questions. I would definitely stay again!"
