"We had a wonderful check in service and the rooms (one being a cottage) was lovely. Parking is tight in the car park and the bathrooms are clean but a bit dated but the staff are fabulous and the views and setting are wonderful! "

"So happy. Was given a tiny roomwith a wall for a view. I requested a bit more space for my grandaughter amd was moved to a different room. Great view and more space to spread out toys. The bathroom was a bit tired, toilet roll holder broken and stains to ceili gs, bit overall good. I would like to add I expected to be right neat thr beach by the advertising. We were not expcting a windy cliff walk down. But maybe I should have doen some research. Loved thr use of the indoor pool next door. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to us. My husband is disabled and a wheelchair user - the only minor thing was the access to the bathroom with a wide doorway was perfect, unfortunately this means a large door swinging into the bathroom making wheelchair movement difficult. Perhaps a sliding door should be installed "

"The staff at this hotel are second to none, friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and on the whole very clean. However, I was initially put off by several stains on the carpet, but all the linen was clean and immaculately white. Personally, I would pay extra for decent toilet paper in the bathroom. Good choice for breakfast, but the crockery never seemed clean. It probably was , but hadn’t been rinsed properly and there was a residue felt and seen on cups and plates. Cutlery was...

"Fantastic Stay Perfect Location Near the Beach! I recently stayed at this hotel in Bournemouth, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is amazing, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sea and the beautiful views. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. "Beautiful hotel in great location, room I had was comfortable & spacious for a single room but great to see it was a large single bed so plentiful for me being 6ft 4 tall. Good wifi..sometimes collapsed but came back quickly. Would stay again, this time couldnt experience spa & pool because of achilles injury. "
