"Bei der Ankunft war überhaupt keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher im Zimmer. Dann ging in runter, aber das personal im Rezeption arbeitet nur fürs Wohnheim und hat nichts mit der kurzfristigen Vermietung über Booking was zu tun.
