"We loved this hotel! We had our room upgraded to river view (facing Big Ben) as we requested (depending on availability)! The check- in was easy, same thing with check out. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and close to other bus stops that you can take going to the tube or a destination. Commute to/from the airport was easy. "Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer, was auch zu empfehlen ist, da es sonst eng werden könnte. Das Badezimmer war tatsächlich ziemlich klein, hat aber gut ausgereicht. Das Personal stand rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung und hat vor allem beim Frühstück und Essen generell sehr schnell geholfen und war wirklich sehr nett.
Es ist kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern a la carte. Die Auswahl war aber reichlich und uns hat es sehr gefallen. "

£26 a night to park in carpark short walk from hotel.
Room was very small, hardly any space to move around.
Kettle was always leaking when pouring, hot water every where.
The staff could look better if they wore trousers rather than jeans.

"This is a very new Hoxton in Shepherd’s Bush. Great location for visiting London, we parked at Westfield and it’s a small walk to the hotel and the tube is very close to get further into Central London.
Shepherd’s Bush Green is a busy area, my wife did complain of road noise (sirens etc) which is expected in London. We were on floor 2, I slept like a log!
The rooms are petite but modern and clean, we will definitely stay again. The restaurant and bar are good, reception staff were brilliant."
