"Hotel and staff were outstanding. Being able to use WhatsApp to arrange transport and answer any questions was super helpful. Samantha and Jonathan couldn’t do enough to make our stay - even going out to get some superglue for my broken glasses!
Location was at the end of South Tulum which meant quieter position but not as many places nearby without a lengthy walk or (expensive) taxi ride.
That said restaurant and food offerings were lovely (if not a little expensive - but that’s Tulum!) and...
