"Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April. Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. Keep in mind this is at the end of the hotel zone so it takes 25-45min to get here from the main intersection with the Tulum traffic. Overall if you are looking for glamping experience,...

"I really like our stay at Trece Lunas. Claudia was our concierge, very responsive, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a toilet and within the same day the toilet was fixed. Trece Lunas is a small place with I believe 6 units, it is very calm and quiet. I’ve barely seen other clients during my stay, the pool was rarely occupied. The staff is very friendly, our cleaning lady was cleaning the room thoroughly and making the bed every day, she was also always changing out our bath and beach...

"Had an amazing stay at MIA. The location is perfect—right on the beachfront—with a great-sized pool and genuinely friendly staff (special shoutout to Anna!). One of the highlights was the beachside massage setup—super relaxing and thoughtfully done. Our room had stunning views of both the ocean and pool, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just incredible. The bathroom was spacious and laid out well.
