"The spa pool in the room is cold, unfortunely we did not enjoy the pool at all during the stay because it wasnt warm water, although we did use the hot jacouzi out side, but since we paid for the room in the pool and didnt use it at all it was a little upsetting and it was also dirty. "We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments which was immaculate and incredibly spacious! The pool was a lovely addition as Tulum was hot when we visited! Isabel was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable throughout our whole stay! The area is very safe and there is 24 hour security at the main entrance! Would definitely recommend!!!"
