"I. Poked a room with wheel chair accessible axis And was told they had already booked someone else in the room after I had booked over a month ago So I couldn’t shower and trying to use the bathroom was very difficult and frustrating "

"Breakfast was minimal at best, and could easily be improved. The breakfast staff person was excellent however. The elevator was the only place where I questionned the quality of maintenance and the choice of equipment. I was in an accessible room which was very impressive. If it were possible to add a door stop to the bathroom door, it would make it easier to enter and leave the room."

"Front lobby desk is slow to check in and out. Music in a Saturday night was very loud and disturbed our sleep. We also found staff were not very informative as to elevator and parking. For such a highly rated hotel, I would say it’s average"

"For what was advertised and what I received for what I paid for, I was very disappointed. Not very clean, unwelcoming, loud. Would if was advertised as what it actually was and photos matching what you were getting, I would have stayed somewhere else, or expected a much lower rate. It’s not a terrible stay, just felt it was misrepresented for value of what was actually received"

"I liked the way that we could park the car right in front of the room. That was very convenien. What I didn't like though, was the fact that there was not any continental breakfast as claimed. The breakfast option was very limited to some muffins and corn flakes. This is not continental breakfast!. On top of that there is not any dining room."

"Close to the airport. My reservation for two nights, however I arrived the next day at 1:15AM, no incentive still have to pay full price for two nights. I guess it's just pure business and it's fine. First floor room, access was blocked by so many supplies so unsafe for tripping. The middle of the day got the letter that the floor hallway to the front desk and fir breakfast i blocked for construction so we need to get out of the building and go around to get in back for breakfast if you want to....
