A few steps from the beach, comfortable apartment on the first floor ( with lift ) has two double bedrooms, living area with full kitchen and living room with beautiful south facing terrace from which you can see the sea at only 50 meters, a good Wi-Fi is working in the flat. Two silent splits for air conditioning are in the flat one in the main bedroom and the other in the living area. A baby camp bed (60x120) and a high chair are available for babies (please ask for them before arrival) The apartment has a wall safe in the bedroom, two bathrooms the bigger one has shower and washing machine the other a service with sink and toilet adjacent to the second double bedroom.
In the southwards terrace there is a drying rack where everything can dry easily.
The heating is included in the fee in winter .
A regular use of the air conditioning is included
An intensive use of air conditioning , over 100 kw consume per week is to be paid at the cost of 0,50 euro per kw.
Visitor's tax , 1 euro per person per day, is to be paid cash.
The beddings and bath/kitchen towel are provided for 40 euro to be paid cash on arrival.
A GARAGE is available in the underground of the building with an automatic blind.
The area is quiet but close to the center with many bars, restaurants and shops selling local products from olive oil extra virgin to the tasteful pizza and focaccia local tradition.
during all seasons you can enjoy long walks by the sea since the Alassio promenade connects with the next village of Laigueglia with a walk of three kilometers with benches to relax and bars to enjoy a cappuccino or " aperitivo" facing the sea.
The location is a great starting point for many hikes in a short time you can get to Sanremo the city of flowers, the caves of Toirano with more than 300 natural cavities a show for adults and children, Montecarlo needs no presentation with her beautiful oceanographic museum, or the nearby French Riviera.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung war klasse, der Check-In mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend. Es wird auf spezielle Bedürfnisse eingegangen, auch für Kleinkinder gibt es einen Hochstuhl und ein Babybett. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr geholfen bei der Hitze. Leider gibt es nur private Strände vor der Tür, der öffentliche Strand ist etwas zu laufen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung sehr sauber und geräumig. Mitte Oktober genügend freie gratis Parkplätze vor dem Haus vorhanden.

Apartment is located 50 m from the beach promenade. Garage entrance is only for small cars. Public parking along the street is always occupied but 300 m away you can find one (direction to Langueiglia). Apartment itself was very comfortable and clean.

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement in Strandnähe

Mit unseren Kindern hatten wir einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in Alassio. Das Appartement ist strandnah, gepflegt, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin freundlich empfangen und der Check in und Check out waren reibungslos.

Urlaub

Der Urlaub war sehr gut gewesen. Dir Wohnung ist gut gelegen und hat alles was gebraucht wird. Das einzige Manko ist die Tiefgarage. Von der Größe her gut, nur sehr schlecht zu erreichen. Sehr schmale, eckige Zufahrt. Wir kamen mit einem Mercedes GLK nicht rein. Und der ist nicht Übergröße. Wir haben uns dann einen anderen Parkplatz nach 2 Tagen für den Rest des Urlaubs gemietet. Ärgerlich aber notwendig. Trotz des Parkplatzes würden wir wiederkommen und dann bereits im Vorfeld uns um einen Parkplatz kümmern

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Alassio, Italien

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und man ist in wenigen Metern an der Promenade. Sie ist teilweise mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet, das war für uns aber kein Problem. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragen-stellplatz, der aber nur mit einem kleinen Fahzeug nutzbar ist. Vor der Wohnung gibt es aber öffentliche Stellplätze, nur sind diese leider sobald sie frei werden, sofort wieder besetzt. Dadurch entsteht vor dem Haus ein großer Parkplatzsuchverkehr. Der Kontakt zum Anbieter funktioniert einwandfrei.

Große, komfortable und helle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist von der Raumaufteilung sehr großzügig. Praktisch ist, dass eins der beiden Schlafzimmer direkt über ein kleines Bad mit Toilette und Waschbecken verfügt. Wir haben es bei unserem Aufenthalt im April sehr genossen, dass ins Wohn-/Esszimmer und auf den dort angrenzenden Balkon bereits morgens um 8 die Sonne schien, so dass man seinen ersten Kaffee bereits im Freien trinken konnte. Die Badezimmer sind neu renoviert, haben zwar kein Fenster, aber verfügen über eine sehr gut funktionierende Lüftung. Die Waschmaschine haben wir zwar nicht benutzt, sie ist aber bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sehr praktisch. Die Garage ist an sich groß, allerdings muss man beachten, dass die Zufahrt für größere Autos schwierig ist (wir haben mit unserem Caddy lieber auf der Straße geparkt, was über Ostern allerdings nicht ganz einfach war). Die Lage der Wohnung ist super - nur 50m von der tollen Strandpromenade entfernt, zur Fußgängerzone "Budello" ist es nicht weit, ein Supermarkt und eine tolle Pizzeria ("Avana") sind ganz in der Nähe. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Sehr schöne und gehobene Ferienwohung in Strandnähe

Die Objektbeschreibung deckte sich voll und ganz mit der Situation vor Ort, eine sehr schöne und gut gelegene Wohnung, die stilvoll eingerichtet ist. Hierbei ist vor allen Dingen der kurze Weg zum Strand hervorzuheben. Bei etwaigen Problemen ist die Vermieterin um eine rasche Klärung bemüht. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr stimmig.

Ottima soluzione, ma…

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento per 1 mese e mi sono trovato molto bene. Ho trovato una casa pulita e ordinata di una buona metratura con parziale vista mare, il che fa piacere. Casa dotata di molti attrezzi e utensili vari utili nelle piccole faccende. È risultato molto utile il carrello per la spesa, una chicca. La location è ottima, vicinissima al mare, al budello e ai negozi. Insomma, tutto perfetto se non fosse per il box. Grande, però la corsia per arrivarci è strettissima e c’è poco spazio per fare manovra. Se avete un suv non riuscirete più ad uscire una volta entrati, se non dopo aver penato in maniera incredibile. Meglio lasciarla fuori se trovate posto! Con una macchina più piccola tipo Polo è fattibile ma anche lì con non poche manovre. In definitiva consiglio a tutti questa soluzione ma non considerate il box (a meno che non abbiate un auto piccola).

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo alloggio perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persone. Le foto danno un quadro reale dell'appartameno. Pulitissimo, spazioso, arredato con cura e super accessoriato. Vicinissimo al mare e al budello. Ci siamo sentiti a casa...magari? La signora Brunella é stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Soggiorno ad Alassio

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 29/12/21 al 29/12/21. L' appartamento rispecchia le immagini pubblicate sul sito. Molto spazioso,luminoso e dotato di tutto quello che può servire sia come biancheria da letto e da bagno sia come utensili da cucina. La posizione è ottima vicinissima al mare, al centro e a supermercati. Gentilissime sia la proprietaria dell immobile sia la signora che si occupa dell'accoglienza.

The owner was lovely and did not know that noisy builders were there all week.

It was most unfortunate that our visit to what looked like a beautiful apartment, and I am sure it is, turned out to be the wrong week! We reached a block of flats with TWO road drills on either side, scaffolding up on all sides, and all the blinds closed on every flat. We tried ringing the bell we had been told to ring, and then other bells, but no answer. We tried phoning but the road drill was so loud we could not hear anything at all down the phone! It was absolutely impossible to stay and the friendly builders told us they would be there all week! The owner Valeria who does not live in the town, was very kind and helpful. Although she phoned you at Homeaway and you refused to refund the money, she has promised to give us a large part of the money back from her own pocket. She was extremely nice and we felt sorry for her. But it was simply impossible to stay in the flat and in order to find a roof over our heads, we checked into the nearest hotel we found round the corner. Do not blame the owner, she was very kind and listened to our problem and she did not know it would happen. If you have a place to download photographs , we can show you proof of what looked more like a bomb site! I am a great fan of Homeaway and we use your services often. So this has not put us off, and please be kind to the owner Valeria, who did all she could. But I was rather surprised at the reaction of you people at Homeaway, who told Valeria that you would not be refunding the money. If you give me a link I can send you some photos to show you what the problem was. So do NOT add this review to your reviews online. It is not typical. Valeria's flat looks lovely and without the builders, I am sure future visitors will have a good time.

Comodo e funzionale

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento l’ultima settimana di agosto, in tre adulti e tre bambini. La casa è spaziosa, molto pulita, luminosa, ben tenuta e fornita di ogni cosa (carrello spesa, ombrelli,una televisione in ogni stanza, lavatrice ben funzionante...).La cucina è nuova, grande e ben organizzata (manca la lavastoviglie per renderla top), quindi si cucina ben volentieri. Nella casa manca l’aria condizionata...quando siamo andati noi, le temperature si erano drasticamente abbassate quindi non ne abbiamo sentito la necessità, ma credo sia utile nei periodi molto caldi. La posizione è comoda:spiaggia vicinissima e centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.Di notte è un po’ rumorosa a causa della strada parallela che è molto trafficata, ma dopo un paio di gg ci si fa l’abitUdine e si riesce a dormire. Consiglio vivamente di prendere il garage perché risulta veramente difficile trovare parcheggio durante la stagione alta. La signora Lina è una persona davvero gentile, attenta e premurosa.

Super Abwicklung mit der Schlüsselübergabe.Lieben Dank an Valeria und Lina für den tollen Service. Eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.Sogar das Fahrrad durften wir nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand und in die wunderschöne Altstadt mit vielen Geschäften. Wir kommen gern wieder

Mycket bra!

Mycket trevlig lägenhet med perfekt läge. Trevliga och hjälpsamma grannar i trappan och nära till affär, bad och restauranger. Kommer helt klart återvända till Alassio och lägenheten.
