"Es una gran opción que experimentes un Ryokan en este maravilloso lugar, el personal es muy amable y tienes una habitación muy tradicional y al mismo tiempo un onsen privado increíble, al igual que toda tu estancia será súper cómoda, también es un lugar con facilidad que puedas desplazar a las atracciones de Hakone. Muy satisfecha sin duda diría que fue mi mejor hospedaje en todo mi viaje en Japón "

"Wonderful place to stay. A few places nearby to explore alongside other onsen hotels. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were very kind. We booked a top floor western room and it was lovely. The private onsen in our room was amazing - it was spacious and everything was perfect. The room was so clean and neat. Though we wish there was more to do in the hotel. Also, if there were more shuttles running from the station- that would be great. Overall, we loved our stay. "

"Man this place was cool, staff was awesome too, great view definitely a little hike up a hill but it’s not far from the station and the surrounding area is so beautiful it didn’t even matter, super close to that waterfall walkway thing which is awesome, it’s just a great area loved it, and the bathtub was awesome, I definitely wore my kimono wrong but the staff was so nice reguardless made me feel very nice. and the japanese experience is REAL here aswell"
