"In room laundry was convenient, though the combo washer/drier takes at least 4 hours per load. Microwave/oven did not work. We were given what appeared to be a handicap accessible room, so there were no door or shower thresholds. The shower doors were a pair of bi-folding doors. But since there was a missing T-astragal and no thresholds, water would leak all over the floor and spread outward. Room window on floor 1 had no privacy. Floors are hard vinyl, no carpets. So rather uncomfortable....

"Excellent location to access the O2, clean hotel with pleasant and helpful staff team. Only real complaint was the drainage of the bathroom sink. It was almost completely blocked with extremely slow drainage leaving the sink dirty after every use. There was also no shower gel however staff responded very quickly and replaced the bottle very swiftly. Despite these relatively minor complaints I would still recommend the hotel. "

"We stay are this hotel for 5 days. The place was very dirty. We walked into blood on the toilet seat. Poo stains on the toliet bowl. Washroom sink hole was grungy and had a smell. The top of the tap was literally so disgusting. And the room seemed like it had mold. We kept coughing so much and the air was so dry. The room walls looked like it was falling apart in the bottom. It seems like the cleaners stole our stuff or threw it out but a lot of our stuff were missing when we got back from our...

"Room was really nice and we got checked in early which was hugely appreciated thank you. My only issue was that a cleaner next door decided to vacuum a room at 08:00 hours on a Bank Holiday. I appreciate that they have a job to do, but could they have waited another hour. Overall an excellent stay and consistent with the H10 brand"
