"Staff were endlessly helpful and the hotel was very clean. Beach view and access (across a couple of roads and past a sport complex) with some decent eateries on doorstep. Bed was very comfortable, with a pillow menu to fit tastes. Facilities were good for our purposes, in terms of gym, bars, terrace, and a small rooftop pool (doesn't fit many people, so difficult to get in when hotel has guests looking to use it). Water pressure was very low, shower was underwhelming. Room decor showing age...

"Bus stop is just 3 min away, the cleaners need to clean the room better , the sink is nasty, the hole in the sink needs to be properly done . Pastries for breakfast are perfect, loved it . Loved the indoor pool as well, it’s warm and nice . They just need to clean better and fix the rooms thermometer , we couldn’t keep the room warm . And also the room as a Bluetooth speaker and that’s perfect ."

"The 2-bedroom suite during Primavera Sound was worth every penny! Not only for the location (you can't put a price on a 5 minute walk to a festival where you stay up all night and want naps often!), but also the hotel in general. The staff were amazing from the moment we got out of the cab. The plaza security made me feel better about late night comings-and-goings (this area doesn't feel unsafe, but as a woman alone at night, I appreciate the extra presence).
