"Very nice hotel in Ortisei, excellent breakfast and dinner options with very diverse meals. There are two swimming pools and an indoor play room which was great for our kids. There are a few different types of rooms - some are older and some are new."

"The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. "

"The hotel has been recently renovated. The condition of the room and bathroom was perfect. It is situated in the very center of town surrounded by restaurants. The restaurante of the hotel is in fact one of the best places in town. There a ski rental place just opposite the hotel. Parking is also very close. Staff was really friendly and they helped me with one problem I had. I would absolutely recommend it."

"La comida deliciosa. La habitación cómoda e impecable. Hay estacionamiento sin costo. Forzosamente se necesita coche porque no hay nada cerca. La chica rubia joven de recepción es muy acelerada y no nos dejó tomar una manzana del buffet de la cena, que ya estaba listo pero no abría hasta una hora después, gran falta de criterio. Llegamos hambrientas después de un largo trayecto en coche y aún así dijo que no. En cuanto llegamos nos preguntó si queríamos cenar ahí y le dijimos que si. Nos explicó...

"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. The food in the restaurant also didn’t disappoint. Full of flavour and the pasta was among the best I’ve ever had (homemade pasta sauce was divine) Don’t even hesitate, this...
