"Bed was lumpy. You could feel the bed springs, and it dipped severely in the middle of the bed. However, the shower head was fantastic. I had a great shower. "

"Honestly this place looked a little outdated from the outside but the rooms were lovely. We had the king bed junior suite. The staff was so sweet and kind during our stay. Alexander went above and beyond to truly make sure we were comfortable. They also allow fur babies and give a care package!! The restaurant wasn’t bad but a little overpriced. The gym was perfect for our needs and the grounds were massive. I would definitely stay again!"

"Rooms are modern and clean. The huge con to this place is parking. There are usually no spots near the doors and rooms that are available due to limited space. The hotel and Expedia do not mention a $10 parking fee for each vehicle you have. I was charged $20 after my stay and found out it was for parking 2 vehicles which again is not mentioned by the front desk staff or Expedia."

"Stayed for a night on our way to Phoenix. Overall a good stay; clean, close to the highway and not far from restaurants and shopping. The only caveat was that the pool was closed. "

"Staff attending front desk was a bit "tired of customers". Room walls were pretty thin - so we could hear our neighbours. Rooms could use a spruce up. Plenty of parking, great big shower, and comfy beds "
