"First sight of the hotel made me think its was a bit run down, outside paint work and car park (that was of a good size) needed some TLC. On going in the Hotel was busy, the 2 staff that where there were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fine room was ok for me ( bathroom needed to be made over) i was in room 12 facing the road so if you a light sleeper not the best room as you face the main road. Martin who was holding the fort was on his own most of the time and did what he could to...

"Had a lovely stay at Argyle House, was comfortable and convenient. Easy to find and Bill gives you all the information you need. Close to major attractions and in a very walkable area. Room was clean and the slight gothic decor in our room was fun and on theme for the area. "
