"We enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse! It was as described in the listing. We were in town for a wedding and chose just to stay inside and chill. There was enough room for the 4 of us. We walked to Pizitz Food Hall to eat and walked to eat breakfast at Nelson Bros. Cafe. Great hostess!!"

"Nice clean property, not fancy but for the price a great find. Has one queen and a couch thats looks to pull put into a futon. There were two small things that needed some attention but nothing that would inhibit our stay. Full kitchen and washer and dryer was nice no iron but had a steamer.Nearby restaraunts was a plus and parking easy. It was mostly pretty quiet area. Would definitely stay again. "

"The property is very spacious and well maintained. We rented the main level, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was great. The kitchen is huge. The views from the deck are really nice too. For part of the stay we rented a small upstairs apartment for our friends. It was so nice. The owner is very pleasant too. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay there again."

"Great stay in this studio. Exactly as advertised, very clean, decorated, and well maintained. The neighborhood was super interesting and lively, but at the same time quiet, walkable, and felt very safe. Connected to larger unit, as communicated, but still felt private and secure.
