"it was an "almost" perfect experience .....everything was perfect ...till for some mysterious reason an obnoxious Sirene like sound , steady but dull in intensity started in the room in the middle of the night, which of course it woke us up . We couldn't find out the reason for it and how to stop it . By the time , out of frustration , were about to call maintenance the sound stopped. But that created enough stress and adrenaline that we couldn't promptly fall asleep again . That ...kind of...

"Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and most importantly their smiles seemed genuine. Instructions for the basement car parking was made very clear. Note to management: give the girls a nicer uniform, make it modern and get rid of the grey colour. The girls smiles made up for the dull uniform.
The first room I was allocated, was clean but the bathroom door was not hung well. This created a wide gap between the wall and door whereby personal privacy in the bathroo was an issue....

"This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated."
